Do you know someone struggling with a cancer diagnosis?  Whether it's physical or emotional side effects, before, during or after treatment, we have something for everyone…even for their family members and friends and it's all:
NO CHARGE
NO OFFICIAL REFERRAL NEEDED
NO INTAKE PROCESS
JUST COME……. 

CCC will be starting another 8-week Bereavement Group begining each 
Thursday, February 12, 6-7:30pm through April 2nd. This is for anyone who is newly bereaved due to cancer.  The group closes to new participants after the third session to ensure a clear beginning and end to the process of connecting with others who are also grieving. Led by a trained facilatator.
 
We now offer thirteen different support groups here at the Center!  Our newest edition is the Colon Cancer Support & Networking Group. This group will meet every third Thursday of the month from 6-7:30pm. It begins this month on Feb. 19th (but you won't see it listed on our official Feb.calendar because it formed quickly!). If you know of someone who needs some support and hope, please send them our way!
 
You know you've played it with your kids...it's the latest craze!  Wii Play will now be offered monthly to help anyone who wants to get moving again, improve range of motion and just have some fun!  Local high school students have volunt will be here to teach anyone the basics and just how addictive it can be! Learn bowling, tennis, golf and more!   Join us on Wed. Feb. 25, 3-5pm

 "Sabbath - for the Rest of Your Life"   A Retreat for Women


In small groups and larger gatherings, in prayerful solitude and in playful reflection we will explore and experience the biblical commandment of Sabbath rest."
Team leadership with Sally Calhoun as leader and Marty Resotko and Lil Fidler.
 

Rev. Sally Calhoun has been blessed by the ministry of Faith at Work since the 1980s. She lives in Littleton, Massachusetts with her husband Dwight. In addition to serving as the Pastor of the Ashby Congregational Church UCC, Sally leads retreats and engages in spiritual direction.  For fun she enjoys puttering around the house, bowling, and traveling -- particularly to visit her daughter in Wisconsin.

Friday, April 24th starting at 7 pm through April 26th at 1 pm.
Living Water Spiritual Center, Winslow, Maine
 
This retreat center has private rooms with shared baths, and offers delicious, healthy meals and snacks and has a labyrinth and walking trails by the river.
 
Cost $200 which includes the program, 2 nights lodging and 5 meals.
